Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and must be accepted in writing, this can be done via sales@rustyfundi.com. Our quotes are fixed price quotations and reflect a realistic expectation of product and services offered.
We will require a 60% deposit to cover the stove and materials to be ordered. Payment of the balance will be due on the day of completion of the installation. VAT is chargeable on all goods and services at prevailing rates. All goods remain the property of Rusty Fundi until payment is received in full. Payment is accepted by cash, MPESA, cheque, debit card or credit card.
We stand by the quality of our products and services. The stoves provided by us are covered for up to 12months from day of installation. Glass, door seals and internal bricks are not covered and therefore care should be taken. Stoves should be used in accordance with our recommendations and general misuse will not be covered under any warranties.
Make sure you book your annual chimney sweep and checks with certification; this will help keep warranties in place.
Warranties are not transferable on sale or change of ownership of the property.
We do not offer warranty on our stoves if we do not do the installation ourselves. Full installation fee may be charged if we have to come and rectify any work carried out by the client.
Rusty Fundi will install your wood burner and conduct a test to ensure it is void of defects, damages or missing components before handing over.
Upon the receipt of your order, we kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect the products for any defects, damages, or missing components. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for products that have been signed for and accepted without raising any concerns.
In instances where an order does exhibit defects, damages, or missing items, we urge you to promptly contact our customer support team within 12 hours of delivery. Please reach out to us at 0759612955. Our dedicated support staff will guide you through the necessary steps for resolution.
We are pleased to provide our customers with reliable shipping services. Orders will be dispatched promptly, with delivery times varying based on your location. For orders within Nairobi, the standard delivery timeframe is generally within 4 weeks. Please note that for orders outside of Nairobi, the delivery timeframe may be longer due to logistical considerations.

Please note that planning permission may be required with respect to some installations and it is the customers’ responsibility to obtain any required permissions prior to the installation. We accept no liability for any rectification work required by a planning authority where permission has not been granted prior to the installation.
Acceptance of the installation date and deposit will be an agreement to these terms and conditions.
